Open all year round, the hotel's rooms have wide private balconies with open views, which are not over-looked and offer plenty of shade. With the extra added comfort of air-conditioning and central heating, all weather may be enjoyed accordingly.
Every room has an ensuite shower, WC, hot and cold water, a small fully-equipped kitchen area with refrigerator and cooking hob. All rooms have a TV and Wi-Fi. Hair-dryer/clothes iron available on request.

Why not take your drink up to our unique sun terrace where you can relax under a beautiful wooden pergola, or alternatively, sit in the shade of the pagoda in the garden? There is a barbeque available to guests.
In the interest of hygiene and safety, it is the hotel’s policy to request that you do not smoke in the enclosed public areas.
Rambler’s walks in Sithonia
For those of you who are keen on walking Villa Sykia is an ideal base for both mountain and coastal walks. We can arrange accompanied walks with an experienced guide,we can also arrange transport from the airport.
The flora and fauna are very varied here, so don't forget your cameras!
Secure and safe
The entire complex is enclosed and has adequate secure parking within the grounds. A small safe area for young children is sited near the garden patio.
